Dr. Fitch is a 1998 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic School in St. Louis, MO and an Army Veteran. In 2015, she earned her certification as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. She resides (and practices) in Angel Fire with her husband Mark, who is retired from the Army, and their two children.
